Ivanhoe Group Timetable

We are starting to think about our Spring Group PT timetable and we want to hear from you!!

At the end of the day, we want to host classes that you want, at the time you want, run by your favorite instructors! So, if there is something you would like to see more of, less of or otherwise, join our blog conversation and share your thoughts! This way, we can increase the chances of appealing to as many members as possible and keep you, our members very happy!!

    I think it would be great to have a boxing session in the 6am time slot or early on a Saturday morning. Thanks :)

    It would be great to offer a yoga session for children on a Tuesday or Friday after school with a focus on meditation/relaxation.

    Any chance of running a cardio class on a Sunday morning around 8am?

    Is there any chance of changing the 6am time slots so that it is spin on Monday,, Wednesday and Friday and TRX and circuit on the Tuesday and Thursday so that we are splitting up the spin sessions.

    Hi I would love a yoga class but 7am Wed not good. Either earlier, evening or Sunday. Children's yoga great idea.
    Please do some outdoor training promise to be your most enthusiastic participant!

    OK, so how about a kids Yoga class on Friday afternoons at say 3.30 pm for 6 - 10 y.o's followed by a 4.00pm yoga class for 10 - 18 y.o.'s?

    3.30pm may be a bit early if school finishes between 3.15-3.30pm. Could you offer a 3.45 and then a 4.15 to give parents a chance to do school pick up and then drop off for the yoga class

      OK, so Kids Yoga with Suzy on a Friday afternoon at 3.45pm (primary age) and 4.15pm (secondary age). These will both be pre-paid 5 week trials requiring a minimum of 5 participants.
      Talking to Alexis who is a professional dancer about a Cardio Dance class on Sunday mornings, say 8.00am, what do you think?
      Also, a running Group is definitely on the cards Jane, might even be me who runs it!!

    Hey there guys :)

    My name is Alexis and Gene from Core principles in Ivanhoe is trying to organise a fun dance/ cardio class for adults on sunday mornings.

    The class will be a fun, active learning experience where we combine cardio and strength with basic dance technique, learning some fun moves and at the same time of getting a great workout. I hope you all will want to come and give it a try for yourself :)

    I might be the only one asking if this is possible (!) but any chance of any classes at 4.00 or 4.30 pm on a weekday? Not fussed what type :)
