Health Consultations
All Personal Training programs begin with an initial Health Consultation. This is used to baseline your current health and fitness levels and discuss your objectives. The result is a personalised program that brings together your current fitness, your objectives and realistic milestones in which to achieve your result.
The Health Consultation includes:
- Health Screen (Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body Measurements, Body Composition Analysis)
- Fitness Test
- Personal goal setting
- Nutrition overview
- Design of your individualised program
