Stefan Costa

As a Personal Trainer, I take pleasure in introducing and helping others enjoyStefan Costa exercise as I do.

I have created workout programs for many clients from professional basketball players to everyday couch potato’s. In each case, I have enabled my clients to realise their goals, whether that be weight loss or other specific fitness goals.

My Training Philosophy:

  • Attitude is critical (confidence, commitment, courage)
  • Outcome-based training (train for a goal)
  • Functional training (high degree of transferability to day to day life)
  • Movements not muscles (functional training does not isolate muscles)
  • Power-to-weight ratio (you must be fit enough to carry your own body)
  • Core strength is central to all movement (strong core strength will allow you to do anything!)
  • Nutrition is the foundation upon which all health and fitness programs are based (eat for a purpose rather than boredom or habit)
  • Recovery is 50% of the process

IT’S UP TO YOU!! "There are no shortcuts” for losing weight, building strength, skill, agility or endurance.
