As a Personal Trainer, I take pleasure in introducing and helping others enjoy
exercise as I do.
I have created workout programs for many clients from professional basketball players to everyday couch potato’s. In each case, I have enabled my clients to realise their goals, whether that be weight loss or other specific fitness goals.
My Training Philosophy:
- Attitude is critical (confidence, commitment, courage)
- Outcome-based training (train for a goal)
- Functional training (high degree of transferability to day to day life)
- Movements not muscles (functional training does not isolate muscles)
- Power-to-weight ratio (you must be fit enough to carry your own body)
- Core strength is central to all movement (strong core strength will allow you to do anything!)
- Nutrition is the foundation upon which all health and fitness programs are based (eat for a purpose rather than boredom or habit)
- Recovery is 50% of the process
