I have a background in Clinical Myotherapy and Pilates and have been working in the field for the 5 years. Sarah Hall
My passion for Pilates came about from chronic low back pain that needed something more than treatment after treatment, I needed to strengthen!

Pilates helped me to build my core strength and improved my posture. I have not had a severe back pain episode for over 3 years and counting!

After experiencing such success with Pilates I decided to become an instructor so I could help people get the same results as me. My mat classes are aerobic in nature but still draw on the Pilates principals to help balance, tone and align the body.

I am very interested in all aspects of health and fitness and believe that life is all about balance!
