A submaximal (low stress) fitness assessment allows us to clearly establish your fitness start point and measure your future progress. We work within your current capability, accomodating for all fitness levels, injuries and experience.
We love data and we love to measure. Why is this important? Clearly defined and document goals keep you and your trainer focused on what's important. We help you get clear about exactly what you want/need to achieve (and why!) before we set off on your new fitness journey. Then we measure, record, repeat!

We take your fitness goals, current ability, experience, interests and fears and combine our many years of proven experience to design a personalised program that will deliver results!
