I have a lifelong love for personal health/wellbeing and I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and live a happy and confident life.

As a member of the Core Principles team, I advance the health outcomes and exercise performance of every individual client I train. I assist each and every client improve their quality of life while achieving their clearly defined health and fitness goals. I create strong personal relationships to enable me to best identify and prescribe exercises that best motivate and inspire my clients to achieve their fitness outcomes.

With experience in many different high performing exercise settings, I have grown to understand that every client is different and responds differently to exercise. With knowledge in a wide range of exercise modalities, I leverage my experience to deliver on clients goals.

Outside of the gym, I have enjoyed playing many sports from AFL and basketball to futsal and golf. I also love to travel, having been to many countries around the world experiencing many different cultures and ways of life.

I look forward to assisting you on your fitness journey!

  • Bachelor of Sport Science (Clinical Practice) VU
  • Level 1 Australian Strength & Conditioning Association Accreditation
  • First Aid
