I have always been passionate about health and fitness and from a young age I knew I wanted to pursue something that involved helping others. Within my role as a Personal Trainer my aim is to help clients in as many areas as I can, whether that’s building strength, fitness, mobility or confidence in the gym.
Growing up as a dancer I have learnt the significance of technique, discipline and hard work but also the importance of having a supportive, empowering and knowledgeable coach/mentor by your side.
I believe in providing a personalised approach by delivering exercise sessions specifically designed for every individual’s unique needs and goals. I want to be invested in your health and fitness journey and I am here to support you every step of the way.
Outside my work I love my own training, playing netball, walking, reading and spending time with my loved ones.
