Steamed Vegetable Platter

Keep your veggie platters simple and varied. A quick steam, then saut√© with minced garlic and ginger for immune boosting nutrients. Sprinkle olive oil, s + p, and topped with freshly cut herbs.  Yum!

INGREDIENTS:

Snow Peas

Green Beans

Cauliflower

Brocollini

Asparagus

Bok Choy

Any other non-starchy vegetables

METHOD:

Steam each vegetable separately

Toss together with olive oil, salt + pepper,

Sprinkle with parsley (optional)

ENJOY!!
