You may have already met Zoe. Infact, you may have already trained with her! Here's a little about Zoe so you can apprecitae just how experienced she is and why she's going to be a great asset to the team!

 I'm Zoe!

I am a committed professional Strength and Conditioning coach with many years' experience in training all levels of people wanting to improve their fitness, from those just starting out on their journey through to professional athletes and international golf teams while competing in Australia. I have trained a wide variety of age groups, from Junior Golfers, through to Aged Care residents.

My personal fitness interests are varied, but include: casual hiking, outdoor running, strength training (always aiming for the next PB), obstacle course events such as completing x2 Spartan Trifecta’s, many Spartan Beasts, Sprints and Supers, Tough Mudder events (x7).  I’m a very health conscious individual who loves nothing more than guiding others to become the best version of themselves, to help them grow and evolve into stronger, and more confident people which then allows them to lead much happier lives.

I couldn't be happier join the CP team and can't wait to see you on the gym floor!
