My focus is on developing a strong, functional movement base upon which full physical potential can be achieved.

Free and fluid movement plays an essential part in my everyday life, and helping others achieve the same freedom in movement is a passion of mine.My gymnastics background opened my eyes to the 360 degree movement our bodies are capable of achieving. Studying Exercise and Sports Science has given me fundamental knowledge to incorporate this functional movement into any strength, fitness or rehabilitation program.
