I have a passion to promote fitness and quality of life. I aim to guide all clients in their pursuit of their fitness goals and make their experience as engaging as can be. Having trained as a high performing athlete from a young age has allowed me to better prescribe and demonstrate exercises that I deem beneficial for my clients.
I am fascinated by human movement and how targeted physical exercise can aid sporting performance and other activities beyond the gym environment. I am an avid gym goer as a necessity for participating in mixed martial arts, athletics and volleyball. I try to maximize my athletic performance in all of my sporting roles.
I have been fortunate enough to have coached many professional, semi-professional and student athletes in multiple high performance environments including Carlton Football Club, Preston Football Club, Parade College's Sports Institute and La Trobe University. The exposure in the industry has provided me with insight of the content of high performance training regimes and effective rehabilitation programs.
