Huy Lui

I was once overweight and felt absolutely terrible about my body. My confidence level was so low that I felt intimated every time I stepped into the gym.

I was desperately looking for ways to lose weight fast by myself (not a wise thing to do). I had to learn the hard way that the only way to lose weight without damaging your health is through exercising consistently and eating according to your lifestyle needs, there is afterall, no quick fixes when it comes to long term success.

After a successful transformation, I found passion in fitness and became interested in becoming a Personal Trainer in order to help my clients achieve their own goals in best possible way.

With more than 6 years in health and fitness; I use my own body to test different training methods, diet styles and supplements. Whether your goal is to tone up, drop a few kg’s, build strength or even do 1 pull up; rest assured, we will both strive together to reach your peak.

Other activities that I enjoy doing during free time are watching anime, reading books, learning new languages, practicing kendo.
