Sport and exercise has always been a massive part of my life and it’s my aim to help others find their love for movement and achieve their goals.
As a trainer I believe everyone is different and I look to understand the individual motivations and barriers to exercise - while using my knowledge to create programs that both work and my clients enjoy. At the end of the day it’s easier to work hard when you enjoy the work.
One of my favourite quotes is “action precedes motivation” by author Robert McKain. I love this quote so much because in my case it definitely rings true and I think it can be super helpful for anyone in a rut (exercise related or not).
I am an exercise and sport science graduate who in my spare time loves to play football, watch sport, exercise, read and study languages/other cultures/history.
