Integrating current nutritional research & food wisdom, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real & lasting results, not through deprivation dieting, but by working individually, tailoring a health program that works for them. I work with individuals & groups to facilitate & empower people to take control of their own health.
I look at the individual person and what best suits them and their health needs, including acute and chronic health issues, ensuring focus on emotional, ethical, and spiritual beliefs. Focusing on foods that can act functionally as preventative medicine, are nutrient-dense, and are proactive in ongoing health, offering functional pathology testing, if need be, that can help us to get to the core of the problem.
