Yoga strengthened her back and core muscles to help alleviate the low back pain, and allowed her to de-stress, making such a change to her life that she wanted to be able to share this with others. After completing her Yoga Teacher Training in 2007 she jumped straight in to teaching and hasn’t looked back.

Having a science background and a passion for understanding how yoga is working on the body, Suzy loves to share this with you in a class that works with the unique bodies of the students in the room.
