Our studio is equipped with the latest cardio equipment, which is used to assess and build cardiovascular fitness.
Cardio can often feel like a bit of a drag. It’s often a long drawn out process involving a lot of huffing and puffing and a bunch of sweat and sore muscles. While we know it will help us achieve the look we may be aiming for, we may not always recognise the full benefits of cardiovascular training.
